Hond en hok - Dog in his shed.

Mijn laatste miniatuur is heel erg goed geslaagd.

I'm very very happy with the result of my last miniature. It shows a dog in his shed and it's made by Stronghold Terrain.
The dog doesn't appear to by a nice dog. It seems to be growling. I placed two little cats next to him. These two cats are arranging which of them will steal the bone.

The worn wood of the roof of the shed has been drybrushed slightly green. Afterwards I glued some poison ivy on the roof on the drybrushed spots. I think it looks really great with the green drybrush below the poison ivy. The combination of the grass and the poison ivy gives some structure and colour to the model.

The dog wears a flashy pink collar. This gives the miniature a colourful and funny touch. A tough growling dog defending its bone devotedly, but it has to wear this flashy collar with the golden stones. You have to admit: this dog may look tough, but it looses a lot of credibility.
