De kat.
Zo is de kat een heel schoon dier.
Onhoorbaar sluipt ze met veel zwier.
En menige muis had niet te klagen
als katten een belletje zouden dragen.

She stalks inaudible with flair.
Lots of mice wouldn't complain
if cats would wear a little bell.

ja die arme muisjes maar het is toch nogal iets als de poes met zijn speeltje binnenkomt hé
